Specification:
The vacuum destruction valve is used to automatically eliminate the vacuum in the water supply pipeline, effectively prevent the siphon backflow and eliminate the backflow pollution. Backflow pollution has a great influence on water quality, and it can even endanger life. Therefore, the current water supply specification stipulates that a vacuum destruction valve must be provided. Commonly used atmospheric, pressure and hose type. Vacuum damage valve can be imported into the atmosphere when the pressure in the water supply is less than the atmospheric pressure to eliminate the vacuum. Automatically closed after balancing, enabling protection of the system. The vacuum breaking valve is in the pipeline or vessel for stopping the system operation or generate negative pressure or vacuum gradually rises, the valve from the valve can automatically open, breaking the vacuum effect, piping and other equipment to generate a flat, concave crack phenomenon, in order to protect the safety of the equipment.
Selection of vacuum destruction valve:
The vacuum rupture valve is only suitable for preventing siphon backflow. The atmospheric vacuum damage valve is suitable for the downstream pipeline without setting off the valve and the outlet has no back pressure. A single intake type vacuum damage valve shall be adopted.
Pressure type vacuum break valve is suitable for the downstream set of the valve can be turned off the pipe. It is better to use the export check type vacuum destruction valve, or adopt the single air intake vacuum damage valve and the downstream pipeline check valve. The top of the riser should be single inlet type vacuum failure valve and exhaust valve combination type. Hose type vacuum break valve is suitable for downstream special connection hose, and may produce siphon reflux and low back pressure backflow place, should use check type vacuum destruction valve
Installation of vacuum damage valve:
1. The intake port of the vacuum damage valve should be downward, so it should be installed vertically.
2, the vacuum breaking valve should be installed on the top of the pipeline, atmospheric type vacuum breaking valve should be higher than the highest water level 150mm out of a water outlet overflow; pressure type vacuum breaking valve should be the highest high out of a water outlet overflow level above 300mm.
3, the hose type vacuum breaking valve installation height should be set at a distance of 1000mm above the ground; for fixed appliances (bath or washing machine), should be higher than the highest flood level above 150mm.
4, when there is a possible freeze, the minimum position of the inlet pipe shall be provided with a vent drain valve.
5, with exhaust valve, the vacuum damage valve should be set at the lower side of the exhaust valve.
6, in the vacuum damage valve set site, there should be reliable ground drainage measures.
